Your Health, By Design: The 4 Pillars That Matter Most
This course empowers participants to take practical ownership of their health through four essential pillars: diet, lifestyle, stress management, and movement. Rather than focusing on disease, the course emphasizes simple, sustainable habits that support long-term vitality and resilience. Participants will observe brief demonstrations of applied kinesiology to illustrate how the body responds to everyday choices and gain insight into the fundamentals of creating safe, simple family remedies. The goal is to provide clear, usable tools that help attendees design a healthier life—by choice, not by chance. Be sure to bring paper and pen to take notes.
