This course introduces adults to the fundamentals of ballroom dance sport, including both Standard and Latin styles. Students will develop technique, posture, rhythm, and partner connection while learning choreographed routines. The class focuses on physical fitness, musicality, and confidence on the dance floor in a supportive and energetic environment
