Your Health, By Design: The 4 Pillars That Matter Most
This course empowers participants to take practical ownership of their health through four essential pillars: diet, lifestyle, stress management, and movement. Rather than focusing on disease, the course emphasizes simple, sustainable habits that support long-term vitality and resilience. Participants will observe brief demonstrations of applied kinesiology to illustrate how the body responds to everyday choices and gain insight into the fundamentals of creating safe, simple family remedies. The goal is to provide clear, usable tools that help attendees design a healthier life—by choice, not by chance. Be sure to bring paper and pen to take notes.
Driver's Education

The driver's education course is accredited by the Wyoming Department of Education and meets the basic requirements to convert a driver's permit to a license by the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Communication regarding required waivers and scheduling will be sent to the email provided at registration. Attendance for all components of this program is required for a completion certificate to be issued. The course is broken into two segments: classroom instruction and driving evaluation/observation. Students who do not successfully complete the course may be eligible for additional instruction time for a fee. Requirements for Completion: 30 hours of Classroom Instruction: Students can enroll in the classroom instruction portion any time after their 14th birthday. This course is appropriate for students preparing to take their permit exam or anyone who has their learner's permit. This course covers topics such as state driving laws, driver readiness, vehicle operation, basic maintenance and much more. A parent/legal guardian must attend the first ½ hour to hour of the first class (for those students under 18) Optional simulator time is available for registered driver's education students and can be scheduled by contacting the Life Enrichment office. Driving Evaluation/Observation: 6 hours of driving evaluation can be completed once the student driver has their driving permit and has completed 25 of the required 50 DMV driving hours Proof of hour completion is provided by showing hours logged in the DMV Road Ready app. Classroom instruction must be in progress or fully completed before a student can begin their driving evaluation time. Students must provide their own licensed and insured vehicle for their in-car evaluation.
Thinking Like Jesus
The apologetics I am offering is less about thinking about various 'facts' but learning to think differently, better. How one thinkseffects everything. The purpose of this class is to challenge people to think more deeply about the presuppositions that controltheir thought processes. Here is the proposition: Everything that exists is proof of the existence of the biblical God. What thoughtprocesses allow or disallow such a thought?
Advance Community Painting

Develop advanced painting and perceptual skills while exploring and expanding personal content, materials, and technical approaches. Learn how to generate a statement about your work through personal objectives and peer critique. Expand your oil and acrylic skills with the opportunity to apply skills and concepts of painting to other media.
Fencing

Learn the fundamentals of fencing in this welcoming, introductory class. Students will be introduced to the rules, terminology, and basic skills of the sport, with a focus on foil fencing. Basic Pistol Class
with Shawn Puente
This class is an introductory course on handgun safety and basic use. You will learn how to safely handle, store, and care for a handgun, along with an overview of Wyoming laws and basic self defense concepts. Handguns, targets, and class materials are provided, but you must purchase your own ammunition (about $150). You must pass a safety review and attend all class sessions to complete the course. The class is held at Archer Shooting Complex, 13802 Bullseye Blvd., No personal firearms may be brought to class. Participants must be law abiding U.S. residents, age 21 or older, and follow the LCCC Student Code of Conduct and Archer Shooting Complex policies.
